Today has finally come… the Girls Night Out at CrossFit Owasso is finally here!! Thursday’s 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm classes will be cancelled. For those not going to the Girls event, if you still want to get a workout in come out to Turkey Mountain (www.turkeymtn.com) at 6pm in Tulsa. We will be running some trails with hills so bring appropriate attire.
