Warm-up (No Measure)
With a partner perform 4 rounds of the following:
While one partner holds a plank at the front of the gym, second partner run to far wall and perform 5 sit ups, 5 push ups, 5 air squats. Run back and tag partner.
1 round complete when both have performed the reps.
Bench Press (3 sets of 10 @60-70%)
4 Rounds for time:
10 pull ups
Farmer carry 53/35 from under pull up rig to garage doors.
Farmer carry back to rig
