I began Crossfit in June 2012 with the encouragement of my husband. It was the best decision I have ever made for my health and fitness. I have been active in sports since grade school, but into my adult years, the activities became more recreational and my fitness levels dropped. My husband and I were always trying the next biggest thing until we would get tired of it and quit. Crossfit completely changed that! It is here to stay and we will never stop doing it!
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Oklahoma State University, and I am a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. I am a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, a Crossfit Kids Trainer, and I will continue to pursue more education and training sessions.
