1 Rep at 75-80%

12 Hang Power Snatch 115/75lbs

12 Push Press

12 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest :60
Scale weight on HPS for 2 sets or less. This workout will be tough on the shoulders so being very conscious of pulling under the bar versus pressing out the snatch will be key to efficiency. Each round should not exceed 3:00.
